FAR INFRARED

Far Infrared is a composition adapted for different instrumentation exploring sustained sounds and subtle, slow changes of pitch and timbre. The initial version was fully notated for piano and two EBows, violin and cello, and the second was arranged for for flute, soprano saxophone, violin, piano and two EBows. The third version is open instrumentation and retains the soundworld of the piece.
